Joy Transformation International Leadership Academy (JTILA) was born from a simple but powerful realisation: effective Leadership is not only about what leaders do, but who they are becoming.
Too often, leadership development focuses on skills, strategies, and performance, while giving far less attention to the person behind the role. Yet sustainable, impactful leadership begins from within. Before we can lead teams, organisations, communities or nations, we must first understand ourselves - our values, our purpose, our beliefs, our vision, our character and ultimately, our humanity.
This belief is at the heart of JTILA. We exist to go beyond developing leaders who can lead effectively; we seek to develop individuals who understand who they are, why they lead and the impact they have on others.
